Welcome to the Medicine Hat Transit New Flyer D40LFR gallery. Medicine Hat Transit operates 6 New Flyer D40LFR buses. Following on the success of the previous New Flyer D40LF buses, 3 D40LFR buses were delivered in 2009 (#748-750) and another 3 in 2010 (#751-752). The 2010 units have seamless windows as well as squared off windows in the doors. The buses are all powered by Cummins ISL engines with Allsion B400R transmissions.
