2008 New Flyer D60LFR #6022-#6041

Welcome to the 2008 New Flyer D60LFR gallery for Calgary Transit. This was an order of 20 that was built in 2008, and delivered to Calgary Transit in the Fall of 2008. The buses feature the same specifications as the earlier orders, still using a Cummins ISM motor with an Allison B500R6 transmission. The buses entered service without the proper livery, just in the base white livery as applied by New Flyer. Proper liveries were applied to the buses in late winter and Spring of 2009. The buses can be found mainly working Route 301, 302, 305 and scheduled C-Train replacement shuttes. There are a limited number of Route 3, 101, 104, 181 runs and school routes 834 runs utilizing these buses.
